Contact hotmail and tell them your situation, I can't personally do anything without specific details of your account. Make sure you aren't sending out spam to everyone or something. You may be able to freeze your account temporarily. I prefer Gmail to any other email service, have never had any such problems with it, did with yahoo back in the day when I used that. Best of luck!
